Who are we?
Since 2010, ND Care & Support has provided a range of bespoke domiciliary care and community care services for children, young adults, adults, and older people throughout Wales. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
A full UK Driving License or an International Driving License and your own car are essential. You must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
About the role:
As a Community Support Care Worker, you will be required to support and deliver our sessional care services to
children
who have additional support needs due to learning and/or physical disabilities, or poor mental health. We ensure they have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.

You will be required to:
Promote social development by supporting the individual to attend activities, such as bowling, swimming, and going to the cinema.
Build and develop independent living skills such as cooking, shopping, and encouraging them to pay for their items.
Encourage independence and empower the child to reach their full potential.
Promote well-being by embracing wellness and supporting with a healthy balanced diet.
Provide companionship by embracing togetherness; together we thrive!
As a Care Assistant with ND Care & Support, your hard work and commitment will be rewarded in a number of ways:
We will cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, Social Care Wales registration fee, and a Blue Light Card
- saving you over £70! (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card and SCW registration fee on proof of purchase and once you have worked for us for more than four weeks).
Paid travel and waiting time and full-time hours with set shifts.
5-day in-depth Induction and training programme (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a
minimum of 50 hours).
£13.45ph weekdays and £14.01ph on weekends (please note, these pay rates include your rolled-up holiday pay).
Full visits/calls paid, not minute by minute. *Refer a Friend bonus of £150 for you and your friend if they join us!
