As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for: Providing high-quality, individualised support services to enable older people to remain living at home. Working with clients from diverse backgrounds to ensure their individual needs are supported. Delivering services with compassion, integrity and dignity. Following tasks as directed per Care Plans and Task lists, such as personal care, general housekeeping, social support and transport. About you: A minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing, or completion of the first year of study towards it. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check. Demonstrated understanding of person-centred support. Your own vehicle (registered, roadworthy, and insured).
