Community Support Worker Crewe & Nantwich SLN are looking to recruit a 20 hour Community Support Worker, and a 21 hour Community Support Worker to join our team. We support individuals in their own homes in their local community across Crewe, Nantwich & the surrounding area. Each service user has a Support plan & Risk assessments in place, which enables staff to understand the individual support needs. The service has now gone digital & we use Access Care Planner to record the day-to-day notes for each individual, medication records, and all aspects of that person's support are accessible via a works mobile phone. Care4CE provides support to people with learning disabilities and individuals who have physical and sensory disabilities. We are looking to recruit Support Workers and would welcome applications from people who are interested in working in Crewe & Nantwich Supported Living Team. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, be able to work as a member of a team, but also possess the skills necessary to work on their own initiative. Successful, good quality, social care is underpinned by strong values, and it is important that applicants recognise the need for the individuals we support to have as much choice and control over how their service is provided and how they live their lives. Experience is preferred, but we are also looking for people who have a genuine interest in this type of work as a future career. Induction and training will be provided. Work will include Sleep Ins, Weekend Working, and shift work. We provide support 365 days a year.
