We are looking to recruit Support Workers and would welcome applications from people who are interested in working in Crewe & Nantwich Supported Living Team. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, be able to work as a member of a team, but also possess the skills necessary to work on their own initiative. Successful, good quality, social care is underpinned by strong values, and it is important that applicants recognise the need for the individuals we support to have as much choice and control over how their service is provided and how they live their lives. Work will include Sleep Ins, Weekend Working, and shift work. We provide support 365 days a year.
