Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties

Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients

Assisting with meal preparation and feeding

Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals

Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up

Escorting clients to appointments or social outings

Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Excellent communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Ability to pass a background check
