As a 'Community Care Support Worker', your responsibilities will include:
Supporting a client in developing life skills and participating in community activities to enhance their overall quality of life. Supporting clients with ongoing rehabilitation to enhance their daily lives and support them to remain independent. Working with client groups with a variety of mental health diagnoses or long-term health conditions. Maintaining your own personal and professional development with full training and support from Alcedo Care. Being responsible for recording accurate and detailed notes which will help to support the ongoing assessment of clients' care needs and required support.
With a strong emphasis on ongoing support and training, we invest in our staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide the highest quality care.
