The role of Care and Support worker will include: Providing a high quality person-centred care and support service Delivering daily support to tenants such as personal care, administration of medication, accessing community services (i.e. GP services, attending hospital appointments) plus other activities to support individuals’ choices and interests. Supporting tenants with household management (i.e. cleaning tasks, weekly food shopping, preparation of meals and managing finances). Promoting tenants' integration and inclusion into the community through social interaction and opportunities. Empowering tenants to lead fulfilling lives. Treating tenants with dignity and respect. Being enthusiastic and flexible. You will receive: Membership of Local Government Pension Scheme 33 days leave entitlement from day one, rising to 38 days after 5 years’ service. Comprehensive sickness and absence support. Full induction and training provided. Funded DBS. Career development opportunities.

This includes working a rota shift pattern between the hours of: Early shifts:

8.00am - 3.00pm Late Shifts:

3.00pm till 10.00pm This does include alternate weekend working with weekend enhancements, also working Christmas/New Year & Bank holidays.
