We're seeking a dedicated Community Team Administrator to join our Fundraising team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide essential administrative support to our Community Fundraising team, helping them achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

As Community Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our fundraising operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Producing accurate, personalised thank-you letters to our supporters. Fulfilling fundraising material requests from fundraisers. Assisting with the purchase order system, including raising purchase orders for the team. Supporting the collection of personal stories from fundraisers. Assisting with logistics for team events and meetings. Recording actions and minutes during team meetings when required. Responding to supporter enquiries in a timely manner. Conducting research into community groups, local businesses, and schools. Recording all correspondence and actions on the CRM database. Occasionally attending and supporting the delivery of fundraising events, including weekends.

About You:

We're looking for someone with strong administrative skills and a proactive attitude. You will bring:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT administrative tasks. Experience using CRM databases. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in communication and documentation. Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service. A solid understanding of data protection principles. The flexibility to support multiple teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Hybrid Working and Flexibility:

This role offers hybrid working, with the expectation to attend the office 1 day per week. We are open to part-time applications or job shares - please indicate your preferred working arrangement in your application.

Strong administrative IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office packages and using CRM databases.
