In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a Community & Wellbeing Manager to join our expanding early engagement and wellbeing team.

You will take responsibility for building engagement, enhancing brand awareness while supporting residents and members with their holistic wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating a detailed programme of events, collaborations with local partners, future customers and future residents

Building local partnership with groups such as GPs, dentists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring relevant services are offered on a regular basis

Delivering amazing experiences for local community partners, residents, wellbeing members and all visitors to the village

Encouraging and empowering residents to identify, shape and manage their wellbeing through the development of holistic wellness plans

Working collaboratively with residents to assist them to enjoy active independent living within the village community

Engaging residents in wellbeing assessments and provide an activity plan which may involve fitness or cognitive activities

Providing multiple wellbeing sessions including physical, social, and mental wellbeing activities

Developing, managing and running a range of activities for senior people including personal training, gym induction, group exercise classes and one to one wellbeing development plans

Driving vibrancy in the village through promotion, activities & use of all facilities

Key Requirements:

An extensive background in a wellness / wellbeing related industry, driving customer happiness, financial success / customer numbers and brand reputation

Experience working with a diverse range of customers, ideally the over 65’s

Excellent budgeting and financial awareness, you will be passionate about maintaining the highest quality of services and standards
