As a Community Worker with Nurseplus, you'll be providing vital support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them to live happy, fulfilling lives. Whether you're supporting someone with learning difficulties, complex care needs, dementia, or providing care for older individuals, your role will be instrumental in improving their well-being.

What we need from you:

Over 18 and have the right to work in the UK. A Full UK Driving License (we'll cover your travel expenses up to 45p per mile). A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. An Enhanced DBS, which you can apply for through Nurseplus (you'll pay £49.50 upfront, but we'll refund this after a set period of work*).

As a Community Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting clients in their own homes to ensure they have the best possible quality of life. Providing companionship, assistance with medication, nutritional needs, and personal care. Adhering to individual care plans to ensure every client receives personalized support.
