Commercial Property Solicitor - Cambridge with hybrid working 2 days a week
Client
A growing Legal 500 regional firm.
Role
Assisting in residential ‘plot’ sales, acting on the part of property developers selling their newly-built properties.
Assisting other fee earners on files initially, with a view to building up your own caseload,to include:
Assisting with reviewing files and preparing draft reports on title;
Acting on sales, purchase, leases and licences;
Assisting with development projects for clients – including site set up and plot sales;
Research on areas that arise that need to be considered;
Assisting with preparing and updating suite of template documents.
You
1-3 yrs PQE within commercial property
The successful candidate will be joining a busy, hardworking team and will be expected to deliver exceptional client service
