They are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Newly Qualified (NQ) Company Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team in the Altrincham office. Role Overview: As an NQ Company Commercial Solicitor, you will be given the opportunity to work on a wide variety of company commercial matters, advising clients across a range of sectors. You will be involved in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company structuring, and general corporate advisory work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to build a broad range of skills and experience within a highly regarded legal team.

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including supplier, distribution, and service agreements. Advise clients on corporate governance, company law, and compliance matters. Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including conducting legal due diligence and preparing relevant documentation. Provide legal advice to businesses on a variety of company commercial matters, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and restructuring. Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism. Work closely with senior solicitors and partners, gaining exposure to complex and high-value transactions. Keep up to date with developments in company commercial law and related regulatory changes.

Skills & Experience Required: Qualified Solicitor with a strong academic background and a keen interest in company commercial law. Previous experience gained during a training contract in company commercial law is desirable. Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise legal advice. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn and develop within the firm's supportive team. Ability to build relationships with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues. A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to take ownership of tasks.
