The Company Commercial team provides expert advice to a range of clientele, from start-ups to PLCs. Your caseload will be varied and will include, but will not be limited to:
Shareholder and partnership agreements
Commercial property
Business contracts
Commercial litigation
Commercial debt recovery
This opportunity would suit a 2+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive with previous experience within a Commercial department.
