Ensure operational managers thoroughly review contracts and reject subcontractor approvals when criteria aren't met. Take the Lead:
Manage disciplinary actions with confidence and integrity. Become the Expert:
Learn, develop, and advise on NEC contracts (experience desirable but not essential). Navigate Employment Law:
