The General Counsel and Company Secretary will provide high-quality legal services supporting Skipton International’s objectives, lead the legal team, and oversee the secretariat function.

Key Accountabilities Corporate Governance: Embed efficient practices and high standards of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications and Skills Qualified lawyer with 5-6 years PQE. Qualified Chartered Secretary or equivalent, with professional membership. Strong leadership skills to inspire and direct a team. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex legal issues to senior stakeholders. Proven ability to influence across varying levels of seniority.
