leading organization

seeking a

Compensation Analyst

to join their team. This role offers flexibility in the contract type (interim, interim-to-permanent, or permanent) and is perfect for a professional eager to make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Working with the Head of Reward, conduct comprehensive

compensation analysis

to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Support the design, implementation, and administration of

compensation programs , including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive schemes. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to provide guidance on

job evaluations ,

market benchmarking , and

pay recommendations . Assist in the preparation and execution of

annual compensation reviews

and other cyclical reward processes. Analyze compensation trends, policies, and practices to inform strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies regarding compensation. Develop detailed

reporting and analytics

to support compensation initiatives and provide actionable insights. Candidate Profile Proven experience in

compensation analysis

or a related HR/reward role. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and derive meaningful insights. Knowledge of

compensation frameworks , market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in

Excel

and familiarity with HR systems or compensation tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Why Join?
