Amazing Compensation & Benefits Analyst opportunity in a growing organization, hence the need for an interim Compensation & Benefits Analyst. This role will join a professional and friendly team and provides analytics for Compensation & Benefits activities relating to salary, benefits, benchmarking, share awards, performance incentive plans, gender pay reports, and much more! A really interesting opportunity that will add to an already strong CV. Candidates must be graduate/graduate calibre, have strong experience in the principles and practices of compensation analysis and benchmarking, and possess best practice experience of the annual compensation cycle. A robust demonstrable track record of analyzing and applying market data and survey systems, such as Willis Tower Watson or McLagan, is required, preferably gained in the Financial Services Sector. The personal skill set for this opportunity will include exemplary organizational and communication skills, good commercial judgment, and the gravitas to hit the ground running.
