Key Responsibilities: Delivery of the annual compensation reward cycle, including merit, bonus, LTI plan, and bonus sacrifice vehicles across the UK and Europe. Pre-population of all back-end Workday data fields (e.g., job levels, salary ranges, job codes, etc). Ensuring appropriate access levels and data security within Workday. Executing the annual communication plan across all business leaders and managers as part of the reward cycle. Effective project management and delivery of the reward cycle, ensuring full collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders; education on the Workday system and standard reporting as required. Undertaking appropriate governance and compliance checks, ensuring compliance with in-country legislation and regulatory frameworks. First point of call for all Workday technical issues and questions. Working with HRBPs to advise and resolve recommendation anomalies, escalating to the Head of HR as needed. Production of Total Reward statements and effective distribution. Undertaking full audit reviews of Workday and Payroll throughout and post close of the cycle.
