Compensation and Benefits Officer . This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in managing payroll, pensions, and employee benefits. About the Role: Joining on a
permanent basis , you will oversee the
outsourced payroll, pensions, and benefits
provisions while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Managing payroll operations, including RTI, P60s, P11Ds, and PSA submissions Overseeing employee benefits schemes and liaising with HMRC Preparing training, benefits, and recruitment budgets Conducting salary benchmarking and supporting annual pay reviews Maintaining HR and payroll systems to ensure data accuracy What s in it for You? 25 days annual leave , plus a
