Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Specialist Location: Gloucestershire Frazer Jones is delighted to work with a forward-thinking, global organisation, based in Gloucestershire to recruit a dynamic and creative Compensation & Benefits Specialist. As the leading Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will take charge of process globally, reporting to senior HR leadership. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that align with the team’s ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities Develop salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation policies. Assist/lead on job evaluations, salary reviews, and manage variable pay schemes such as annual bonuses and other incentives. Support the annual benefits renewal process across multiple jurisdictions. Analyse data and provide insights to senior management, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and that all reward programs comply with regional laws and regulations. Lead on projects, including the global review of brokers, gender pay gap reporting, and prepare for the EU Pay Transparency reporting. About You To be successful in this role, you should have solid reward/compensation experience developed in a fast-paced, change-focused environment. You should have experience utilising benchmarking tools, advanced Excel skills, and be comfortable with manual processes. International or multiple jurisdictional experience would be a huge advantage. We are open to considering someone full-time or four days, and you are required on-site 3 days per week.
