The Compensation Benefits & Rewards Specialist is responsible for supporting compensation and benefits initiatives globally. This role will provide support on total rewards matters and assist in implementing policies and programs that align with organizational goals.


  • Assist in the development and execution of compensation and benefits policies and procedures globally.
  • Support the annual salary review and discretionary bonus preparation process.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to develop and review incentive plans and reward programs tailored for each market.
  • Perform Total Rewards analysis, including salary benchmarking and benefits practices.
  • Prepare salary and benefits package proposals for new business opportunities and tenders.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ HR and regional offices on HR-related issues, identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance pay and benefits competitiveness.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of Total Rewards strategies encompassing compensation, benefits, and recognition.
  • Provide guidance on compensation offers, salary adjustments, promotions, and mobility considerations.
  • Conduct market research to share insights on salary trends, inflation, and competitive practices with senior management.
  • Assist in handling ad hoc projects as assigned.
