Job Opportunity: Junior to Mid-Level Associate
This premier US and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further junior- to mid-level Associate to join their thriving and market leading Competition team in London.
Their top-level practice focuses particularly on antitrust, including:
UK and EU merger control,
Article 101/Chapter 1 cases (e.g. cartel investigations),
Abuse of dominance (Article 102/Chapter 2),
Competition litigation.
Led by six pre-eminent Competition law partners, their practice is involved in many of the most significant merger and behavioural matters before the CMA and European Commission, as well as major competition litigation including before the CAT/High Court.
Top-level technology sector expertise is a defining characteristic of the practice group, which has an impressive track record in advising some of the world’s leading tech companies on critical transactions. This sector strength also extends to the related fields of:
Media,
Entertainment,
Telecoms,
Pharma,
Financial services.
Applicants should ideally be UK or EU qualified lawyers, with time spent working in London or Brussels and high-level experience interacting with the UK or EU competition authorities in these areas. A strong academic profile is also a prerequisite.
