This premier US and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a UK-qualified Associate to join their thriving Competition Litigation practice in London.
The position will entail playing a key role within their market-leading London team, and practising across all areas of High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal competition litigation, including:
Standalone claims
Follow-on claims
Individual proceedings
Collective proceedings
You will be working closely with colleagues in the firm’s pre-eminent London and international competition and disputes practices. The team's ideal candidate will be:
Intellectually outstanding
Possess strong teamworking skills
Exhibit natural collegiality
Have a genuine desire and enthusiasm to embrace a broad range of top-level work
Strong academics from a leading university are also essential. Experience of High Court and/or Competition Appeal Tribunal competition litigation will be needed, while exposure to other areas of competition law and/or dispute resolution would also be welcomed.
