Significant experience in competition law with expertise in merger control, antitrust investigations, and compliance matters. Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of competition economics. Experience dealing with competition authorities (CMA, European Commission). Excellent project management abilities for complex multi-jurisdictional matters. Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Must be a SRA registered lawyer.
