Public Sector - Local Government Temporary Role - 3 months possible extension Full Time - Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week £19.95 per hour PAYE / £25.88 per hour Umbrella (increasing to £27.12 from 13th week) Hybrid Working - 2 - 3 days in office (Croydon), remainder at home. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating, resolving, and responding to complaints at Stage 1 and 2 of the Corporate complaints procedure in Housing, with a particular focus on responsive repairs. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and responding to Freedom of Information requests. Handling Data Protection enquiries and complaints. Managing Press enquiries and Red File cases as they relate to the service. Addressing complaints and enquiries that come through the offices of the Leader of the Council, Chief Executive, Council Executive Directors, and other Heads of Service. Coordinating and responding to cases referred to the LGO and enquiries from Members of Parliament and Elected Members of the Council. Previous experience in handling Repairs Complaints is
