in the Bradford area. Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a specialist Complex Care Provider, supporting clients with varying physical, emotional, and all other care needs. This particular role will involve: Providing person-centered care on a 2-1 basis to a man who has a spinal injury Adequately supporting him with his daily needs, including tracheostomy care, supporting with ventilation, providing nebulizers, assisting with cough-assists, providing suctioning, moving and handling, personal care, and any other support he needs. Full training will be provided to upskill the correct calibre of staff. Shift Patterns: 8am-8pm 8pm-8am 7 days per week Requirements: Right to work in the UK (unfortunately at this time we cannot support with sponsorship) Ability to attend a face-to-face interview in Leeds City Centre A minimum of 6 months UK-based health or social care experience is essential Compassionate and patient nature with excellent communication skills Enthusiastic and outgoing personality to connect with the client and create a positive atmosphere Attend mandatory training in Leeds, West Yorkshire when required.
