Complex Care Assistant We have exciting opportunities for carers with complex health care backgrounds to join us here at Almond Care Children's Services. A new home will be opening which is focused on children with health needs in the Sileby area. We strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment. The young people in our care receive tailored support to fully meet their individual needs. As a complex care worker, you will support us in doing so, playing a critical role in providing emotional support, guidance, and ensuring the wellbeing of the children in your care. This position will involve 12-hour shifts on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. Paying from £11.50 to £12 per hour. This is a great opportunity to build skills and knowledge in areas such as: Tracheostomy Care PEG Feed Bowel and Bladder Management Physiotherapy Skin Integrity Suction Management Administration of Medication Some personal care, social involvement, and domestic chores may be required, including: Shopping Light housework duties Assisting in washing and dressing Attending social events A full Job Description is available upon request.
