What our clients are looking for
As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll be joining us in our continued efforts to make life better for our clients. The clients we support have an array of high dependency needs, including supporting clients with Multiple Sclerosis, Osteomyelitis, Ileostomy, Supra pubic catheter, Emphysema, and cough assist.
Do you need experience?
Experience is preferred for a complex care role; however, we offer an excellent care certificate training programme for anyone who is new to care for any of our other roles.

We're looking for:
Excellent communication skills
A driver's licence is essential
Good professional and personal references
In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
