As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team, helping you understand your new role and get to know people in your team. Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues, and departments at Group Support. Your ongoing development, whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher, or specific clinic training, is invested in too. During the days, you will be supporting our client within their school setting, and during the nights, you will be supporting our client within their home surroundings. Please keep in mind there is a large dog in the property with the client. Your day-to-day activities may include & experience we are looking for: Oxygen PEG Feed Moving and Handling Personal Care Paediatric experience desired; training given If you have a passion for the care of vulnerable people, are self-motivated, work well under pressure, and in challenging situations, we would love to speak with you!
