We are looking for a

Registered Nurse (RGN)

to join our team providing specialist care for individuals with complex health conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people in the community and support their rehabilitation and wellbeing.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering person-centred care to individuals with complex care needs. Working within a team, you will collaborate with allied health professionals, support workers, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for your clients.

You will work autonomously to train, guide, and support care workers towards sign off at competency level. You will provide clinical support, knowledge, and guidance to ensure effective running of your packages to the highest-level whist following best practice guidelines.

Your focus will be on supporting individuals with conditions such as:

Brain Injury Respiratory Conditions Degenerative & Neurological Conditions Spinal Injury

You will be involved in:

Conducting comprehensive assessments

and developing individualised care plans. Training and supporting carers

and family members to manage complex care needs. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Essential Criteria:

Current NMC Registration

as an RGN Experience in working with individuals with

complex health needs Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop and implement care plans. Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting. A full, valid driver’s Licence (due to the community-based nature of the role).
