We are seeking Healthcare Assistants for a short-term assignment to support a 15-year-old client in the Bexhill area with a complex brain injury and autism. The client is mobile and verbal but faces challenges with daily activities, social interaction, communication, and behavior. He requires constant supervision due to a lack of safety awareness.
This role involves working closely with a team of specialists, including a neuropsychologist, occupational therapist, speech and language therapist, and physiotherapist, to provide structured, therapeutic support throughout the day. The client is resistant to support, so the ability to engage him effectively is crucial.
