Female only position We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex Care Support Workers to support our male client within their own home. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of patients under the supervision of our clinical team. The client has suffered a stroke and now lives with the aftereffects. A jejunostomy is in place for medications and nutrition overnight. The client is also able to eat and drink orally but must be supervised as they are at risk of aspiration. Shift Pattern:

Pop-in Calls to cover 2-hour shifts: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, and Sun: 06:00-08:00, 10:00-12:00, 16:00-18:00, and 20:00-22:00 Weds: 06:00-08:00 and 20:00-22:00 Sat: 06:00-08:00, 10:00-12:00, and 20:00-22:00 Responsibilities: Encourage the client to maintain good personal hygiene. Assist with daily living to support independence. Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient activities and progress. Work as part of a dedicated client care team. Promote and support independence. Support the use of equipment to maintain independence and mobility. Skills: Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping purposes. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to drive is essential due to shift times and client support requirements.
