Shift Pattern

Weekdays - 07:00 - 20:00

Weekend Days - 07:00 - 19:00

Weekday Nights - 20:00 - 07:00

Weekend Nights - 19:00 - 07:00

Who are we?

Care First 24 is a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK. We work with a diverse client group with a variety of care needs, providing kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We strive to make a positive difference.

We have a robust but fast registration process and induction, and we offer all staff a variety of learning and development opportunities.

Role requirements

You must have 1 year’s experience working in a health or social care setting as a Complex Carer.

Fluent in English (oral and written).

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Driving license preferred.

Commitment to quality care and support.

You'll be providing care and support to a paediatric client, whose individual needs include:

Nocturnal BiPAP and humidification – non-invasive ventilator.

Personal care.

PEG feeding.

Oral suctioning.

Moving and handling.

Cough assist.

Daily assist.

Blood monitoring for diabetes.

Salary : £14.00 - £18.00 per hour
