Academics are currently seeking a full time and permanent Compliance Administrator in our fast paced office:

The Role: Handling the compliance for temporary candidates working in the education sector Applying for and administering DBS checks Handling and applying for references Right to work checks in line with UK employment Liaising with our consultants to manage expectations Work towards targets and KPIs

You will be responsible for supporting the day to day recruitment effort, ensuring that candidates have all of the necessary documentation, references, DBS', and other checks. Working closely with a team of consultants, and others within the administration function, you will make sure that any candidates that are selected for interview, and are subsequently placed within a school, are fully compliant. You will have frequent contact with teachers, schools and local education authorities both by telephone and in writing.

About you: Ideally from an administrative background, although recent grads will also be considered Happy working at pace with large volumes of information Highly accurate and meticulous - a keen eye for detail A positive and "can-do" attitude Able to prioritise workload effectively
