Supporting the compliance account managers with a variety of tasks primarily focused on completing international compliance registrations, liaising with clients and onboarding customers. Key Accountabilities for the Compliance Administrator:
Contact new customers to coordinate compliance registrations Completion of all compliance registration forms Work with international schemes to ensure completion of registration Supporting account managers creating sales proposals Ensuring accuracy of all data added to the database Liaise with international schemes. Requesting technical information for compliance reports and pack Supporting the internal team with administration tasks Key Skills Required for the Compliance Administrator:
Strong administration experience High levels of attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with high levels of customer care Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external team Adaptable in a changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellent customer service skills What's in it for you?
