Compliance Analyst – Insurance

Are you interested in a Compliance based role in a leading Insurance Brokers? Is Compliance an area you have an interest in and some exposure to? If so our new Compliance Analyst role could be for you! We are looking for someone who has some compliance experience in the (re)insurance broking/underwriting market. It is the interest in compliance that is key and the appreciation of what it means to work within a regulatory environment. Ideally, you will have an understanding around MRC's, Contract Certainty or Claims. This is a hybrid role based in the City EC3. You will have proven Excel and analytical skills along with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work. Some experience of Compliance within a regulatory environment (ideally insurance) is preferred. Supporting the Head of Risk and his team, your role will involve: Tracking and reporting of the firm's Contract Certainty Performance Oversight and Management of Brokerage Monitoring Supporting with review preparation Oversight of action implementation by Divisions post review Management of trend analysis and subsequent reporting Placement/Broking file reviews Supporting regulatory projects and the creation of the Risk Monitoring Plan. Assist in the production and management of monitoring dashboards/management information for provision to the Boards and their Committees.
