An excellent opportunity to join a growing Lloyd's syndicate seeking an individual with Compliance experience gained in the Insurance industry. This role directly reports into the Head of Compliance and includes the following responsibilities: Supporting the assignment of regulatory reporting responsibilities Assisting in drafting, implementing and embedding policies, procedures and controls Strengthening governance and risk management frameworks Assisting in reviewing the quarterly sanctions Conducting due diligence for marine cargo screenings Preparing compliance and governance reports Conducting horizon scanning to track regulatory and market developments A good understanding of FCA rules and guidelines Hybrid working arrangement available.
