One of our clients is looking for a versatile and proactive Business Support/ Administrative Assistant with

Compliance and Finance background

to join their small but growing team. This role requires a highly flexible individual who can adapt to various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting different functions within the business. Key Role and Responsibilities: FCA Reporting and Consumer Duty submissions (monthly 6 – 7 days of work and rest will be on Administrative side). Hence required someone worked in UK Compliance and Regulatory framework. General Administrative Support including collections, onboarding, documentation. Client and Vendor Coordination. Documentation and vendor co-ordination. Project Support on new sales. Team Assistance on Operations and Collections/Arrears. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within finance or a related industry. Experience working in FCA Regulatory framework. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities. A proactive approach, with a willingness to take on new tasks and challenges. Personal Attributes: Flexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and self-motivated. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. Resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills. Team player with a positive and supportive approach.
