Compliance & Quality Manager
is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be: Lead the Health & Safety management strategy towards the implementation of best practice to minimise any risk to the business. Ensure a H&S network is fully established with the Costa and TCCC H&S teams globally, ensuring best practice is shared and expertise is utilised. Create and implement the strategy to develop and improve Quality and Safety Management system to enable full compliance to regulatory requirements and certification standards (BRC Global Standards, Halal). Design the strategy for auditing all relevant processes at the Costa Roastery and measure compliance KPIs. Lead the creation and continual improvement of a product quality management system to enable full online compliance to product standard and certification standards requirements. HACCP level 4 NEBOSH certificate
