We are recruiting a Compliance & Audit Officer to join our Compliance and Audit Team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee both internal and external audits, manage risks, address contract enquiries, ensure compliance with data protection laws, and uphold business continuity. Furthermore, you will offer crucial compliance advice and support throughout the company, gaining comprehensive insight into our operations.
What will I do in the role?
Conduct Consumer Duty reviews and support initiatives to achieve favourable outcomes for customers.
Develop and oversee internal processes and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection standards.
Manage administrative tasks related to legal agreements with clients, insurers, and outsource providers.
What do I need?
Experience in a regulated environment, with familiarity with the FCA’s rules and guidance applicable to general insurance considered beneficial.
Strong capability to interpret and apply rules and regulations effectively.
A logical and analytical mindset, with an ethical approach to your work and high levels of integrity.
Exceptional attention to detail.
