COMPLIANCE ENGINEER BRADLEY, HUDDERSFIELD PERMANENT SALARY UP TO 49k THE ROLE Our client, a firmly established and expanding manufacturing company, is looking for a compliance engineer to work in their technical department who can collaborate with other departments - production assembly, test, quality, sales support, and external customers. As the successful compliance engineer, you will: Engage with production departments to help resolve product or equipment faults. Assist external sales support queries on technical issues and engage with customers directly when required. Deliver solutions via research and development, whether change of designs, assembly tooling, or manufacturing methods. Test products to identify failures or faults. Be involved in various projects for bigger changes and be a voice to listen to. Keep appropriate documentation up to date. Assist with customer returns and corrective actions. YOU As the compliance engineer, you'll be working alongside the production teams, testing departments, and quality departments on a daily basis, so you'll enjoy being a team player and relish being asked for help and advice. You will have a manufacturing or engineering background and be well qualified either by experience in a similar role or through education. You will have experience in quality and assembly departments and be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to write reports and communicate effectively with all levels through various online platforms and face to face. The right compliance engineer will receive a competitive salary, up to 49k for the ideal candidate, flexible working hours, and very generous holidays - 27 days floating and 8 bank holidays, along with many other benefits. This is a permanent role where you will work flexibly between 7am/8:30am - 4pm/5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 1:45pm on a Friday.
