What the role involves

  • Follow up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented and effective.
  • Ensure that documentation is maintained properly for CQC inspection readiness.

Skills and requirements

  • Healthcare-related qualifications such as Nursing, Therapy, or Social Care qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
  • We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.

Candidate fit

  • Perform internal inspections to assess the quality of care, patient safety, and adherence to CQC regulations.
