Burridge, Hampshire Part time, 3 days per week (flexible), hybrid working Ultra Intelligence & Communication's C2I business are seeking an experienced individual to join the team in Burridge (near Southampton) as Compliance Manager. As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of output from business process as required by the customer or project focus. This will include guiding corrective and improvement activities as necessary to ensure that quality objectives and customer needs are consistently met. In the role of Compliance Manager you will be responsible for quality and compliance across the business (Burridge, Maidenhead and Aberdeen sites). Key Responsibilities: As Quality Management Representative to promote customer requirements, ensure the Business Management System (BMS) maintenance and report on the management system performance. Plan and manage the company internal Audit schedule to cover AS9100, ISO9001 AND 27001 requirements. Audit product and process to provide confidence that business process has been implemented and is delivering results as planned. Manage external audits including customer and certification bodies. Non-conformance management: identify document and manage non-conformance and related processes, working closely with the team to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence. Revise and where appropriate implement the quality processes within C2I UK to ensure that the quality of the company’s products and services meets the needs of our customers and that the quality procedures employed are cost effective and efficient. Manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL). Work alongside the project teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and delivered on time. C2I UK Information Security Management Representative (ISMS). Promoting a quality focused culture within the business. Role Requirements: The successful candidate will possess a full UK driving license and be able to travel within the UK and exceptional overseas when required by project demands. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain SC level Security clearance. Qualifications / Skills Required: Degree qualified, ideally in a business field or suitable industry experience. Qualified auditor, IRCA lead auditor preferred. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and industry standards including ISO9001, AS9100 and ISO27001 would be beneficial.
