We're on the search for an enthusiastic and organised Compliance Manager to shape, lead, coach and mentor our Compliance Team to continue delivering great customer outcomes while maintaining our high standards of operational compliance.
We're looking for somebody who can help our people navigate the legal regulatory landscape with confidence. Somebody who has the expertise to work on complex compliance queries and who can not only identify trends or patterns of concern but can also make suggestions to mitigate them. Responsible for ensuring our policies, practices, key documents and risk registers are up to date as well as taking the lead on accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS, you'll have a real impact across the business.
Working closely with our Head of Risk & Operations, this role will help to create a continuous improvement culture and drive initiatives to improve process, performance, and efficiency, engaging effectively with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring that change is applied consistently and thoroughly.
A key requirement of this role will be to keep up to date with relevant regulatory and legislative changes, identifying areas where updates or changes are required as a result and coordinating and delivering Compliance training where needed.
