Job Description
As Compliance Manager, you will play a lead role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, improving existing policies, and managing audit compliance reviews. You will undertake training on compliance, educating the wider team, and monitoring CPD to ensure the team is kept up to date. There will be scope to carve a key position within this growing office and progress in your career.
The Successful Applicant
For this Compliance Manager role, you will be ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified with a career background in accountancy practice. You may have a hands-on, client delivery-focused background as a Client Manager, overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax services, and wider services to a mixed client base. You will be motivated and seeking an opportunity to move into a more analytical, detail-oriented, and internally focused role, improving compliance procedures while training and developing others. You will be looking for a challenging, long-term career move with a clear route for progression within a highly successful chartered firm of accountants.
What's on Offer
Circa £38,000 - £48,000 + benefits, negotiable based on experience and background.
