Expanding, mid-size law firm is looking for a compliance manager to oversee all aspects of compliance and KYC procedures for their London office. You will be reporting directly into the COLP with sideways reporting to the COFA and taking a leading role in all compliance procedures including training. It is essential that you can demonstrate experience working in another corporate law firm and have a strong working knowledge of SRA rules. You must have current exposure to risk, risk assessments, and client due diligence. Exceptional research skills are also a must, as well as confident communication skills, as you will be reporting into senior management. Experience in training would be an advantage. This is a new role and one where someone can come in and make a significant impact on policy. This is an ideal opportunity for a compliance manager looking to take on real autonomy and responsibility in a leading firm.
