About you Experience of compliance and ethics in sport, and/or a membership organisation and/or similar body. Experience of effective case management and investigating disciplinary/compliance matters, safeguarding concerns, disclosures, allegations, and incidents. High level of integrity and trust, with the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Understanding of GDPR/data protection and information sharing principles What will you be doing? Lead on the development and implementation of Disciplinary Regulations, Codes of Conduct, and processes to provide clear and uniform procedures across all regions and all cycling disciplines. Manage all aspects of disciplinary case management, including liaison with the appropriate authorities, internal departments, and external agencies on reported cases as and when required. Support the Legal Team with regular review, revision, and development of the British Cycling Technical Regulations. To be the main point of contact for all Anti-Doping matters, working in collaboration with UK Anti-Doping and other relevant bodies to coordinate and deliver the Education and Testing Programme. Acting as Deputy Safeguarding Officer in the absence of the Safeguarding Manager. What are the perks?
