Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Compliance Manager to ensure our operations meet all regulatory and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance activities, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring the safe and lawful management of waste materials. Key Responsibilities: Ensure regulatory compliance with environmental and waste management regulations. Oversee proper handling, classification, and disposal of waste materials. Conduct environmental monitoring and produce waste classification reports. Collaborate with sales, customer services, and operational teams. Ensure compliance with permits and waste management licenses. Maintain site management systems and prepare compliance data. Conduct audits and prepare operational reports. Take responsibility for health and safety and attend relevant training programs. Communicate with clients, brokers, and regulatory bodies. Develop and implement sustainability strategies. Manage compliance for the recycling factory, ensuring all processes and operations align with regulatory requirements. Maintain ISO standards and ensure ongoing compliance with these standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Law, or related discipline. Relevant experience in compliance or environmental management. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, WAMITAB, and ISO standards are advantageous. Strong understanding of environmental regulations and waste management laws. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
