Key Responsibilities:
Prepare regulatory returns and maintain the reporting calendar Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and processes Preparation of compliance monthly reports, board papers and committee packs Reviewing regulatory and commercial developments Deliver training and advice on regulatory issues Support the Head of Compliance in dealings with regulators Keep up to date with FCA requirements and ensure all conduct standards are met
Qualifications
Experience managing compliance teams in financial services Strong communication and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Knowledge of UK regulatory environment, specifically FCA Sourcebook Experience in the insurance industry at a managerial level
