As a Compliance Manager, you will play a lead role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, improving existing policies, and making necessary changes. You will manage audit compliance reviews and undertake training on compliance, educating the wider team to enhance their understanding and monitoring CPD to ensure the team stays up to date. There will be scope to carve a key position within this growing office and progress in your career. Profile

For this Compliance Manager role, you will be ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified with a career background developed within accountancy practice. You may have had a more hands-on, client delivery focused background as a Client Manager within an existing managerial or review capacity, overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax services, and wider services to a mixed client base of limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, sole traders, and partnerships. You will be motivated and looking for an opportunity to move into a more analytical, detail-oriented, and internally focused role, improving compliance procedures, along with training and developing others. You should be seeking a challenging, long-term permanent career move with a clear route to progress within a highly successful chartered firm of accountants. Job Offer

Circa £36,000 - £48,000 + benefits, negotiable dependent on experience and background of the right professional.
