Job Description Develop and maintain the compliance monitoring program Conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments Report on compliance activities and findings to senior management Assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Provide compliance training to staff members Stay up to date on regulatory changes within the financial services industry The Successful Applicant A successful Compliance Monitoring Associate should have: A degree in law, finance, or related field Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry Excellent knowledge of compliance regulations and standards Proficient in risk management and compliance software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What's on Offer A competitive salary of around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum The opportunity to work in a hybrid working environment The chance to work in a professional and supportive team
